would be too stressful. Notification that a random wedding planner, Corinne Farinola, would contact me did little to ease my concern. We scheduled a telephone meeting and within minutes of speaking with Corinne, I was confident my “random” wedding planner was actually an extraordinary wedding planner.
Corinne is poised and professional, while also extremely welcoming and friendly. Upon
arrival to St. Croix, she greeted us with a gift basket in one hand and an organized wedding folder in the other. From providing reassurance while practicing my vows to physically moving oversized lounge chairs at the pool, her support was above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. Corinne waited with me until the moment I walked down the aisle, and worked through the reception to ensure everything was executed as planned. As my husband and I were posing for photos at a historic fountain, I watched in horror/amazement as Corinne took a seat on the fountain and used her own dress to clean the surface. While this may be a humorous example, it perfectly portrays Corinne and her dedication to ensuring our wedding day was perfect.
From early stages of wedding planning to “you may now kiss your bride”, Corinne made our entire wedding experience truly magical. Words can never offer enough praise for her amazing work and companionship. Though they can be stressful, weddings are a celebration, and should be one of the most exciting times in your life. But when I had my first phone consultation with Corinne, I knew I was in good hands. She was so organized, patient, reassuring, and well versed that I no longer had worries. Your coordination to the very details of the Friday night Welcome Dinner, Saturday night Rehearsal Dinner, Sunday night beach Wedding, Reception and Dance, and to Monday's Breakfast was impeccable. The wedding planning stage was executed very professionally throughout our emails and meetings long distance. You were able to coordinate the photographer, flowers, officiates, music, meals, cake, and decorations long distance. We had complete faith in you because of your excellent recommendations that were on the internet, as well as meeting with you in person and knowing you have countlessly done this many times successfully. You even had a Plan B in case we had bad weather and we had not even considered that in our planning.
The actual wedding weekend went flawless thanks to YOU. With all of your pre-planning and details, the entire weekend was absolutely beautiful and memorable. This allowed us to spend more time with our family and friends in the beautiful Virgin Islands. I must include shout outs to Lindsay Kammerzelt whose photography was unbelievable and magical, Gloria who did the flowers that were stunning, beautiful and co-ordinated beautifully with our daughter's theme of coral, white, and blue. The steel drum player was great for the Friday night Welcome Dinner and Wedding.
On the actual wedding day, we were so impressed with your detailed time line from the setup, execution, arrival of the groom, arrival of the bride, music, and ceremonial rites were exacting and flawless.
Thanks for allowing us to bring our own personal table decorations and coordinating them with the hotel's decoration centerpieces. The food was great and just allowing each guest to pick what they wanted to be served was impeccable. The wedding cake was beautiful and tasted great. The service was very attentive, prompt and wonderful. You kept the "ball rolling" the entire day.
Corinne, you are 5 STAR!! You deliver!! We had a great, wonderful, island wedding experience because of you and couldn't and wouldn't have wanted to do it without your expertise, professionalism, drive, and details.
